PHLEGM v8 CHECKPOINT 40 - Video-read / control-flow forensic trace

Base: PHLEGM-v8-Developer-Distribution-Trimmed-ETA-39-2026-1008-0211-1249
Artifact: PHLEGM-v8-Developer-Distribution-Trace-40-2026-1008-0410-3217.zip

Changes:
- Capture up to 16 actual CPU bus reads per instruction on recorded video and latch writes.
- Keep requested versus mapped bus addresses, observed bytes, decode-versus-execution phases.
- Record active CPU register values at instruction entry and at video write.
- Record a side-effect-free direct VM stack window at write time (not bank-decoded).
- Record first 64 / recent 512 selected non-fallthrough control-flow transitions.
- Correlate each video write with preceding control-flow sequence.
- Preserve the first 256 and latest 4096 video/latch writes, physical write dispositions.
- Preserve read-only .coredump.phlegm format and existing .session.phlegm behavior.
- Source files/docs retain CRLF; shell scripts remain LF.

Testing:
- Static instrumentation integration checks PASS.
- Modified text file newline checks PASS.
- Linux shell scripts bash -n checks PASS.
- FreeBASIC native compile NOT RUN: fbc not installed and network unavailable.
- Runtime emulation NOT VERIFIED. This is an instrumentation checkpoint,
not a proven fix for the scrambled SuperPET display.

Steps:
1. Compile the PHLEGM v8 developer distribution for the desired target.
2. Select SuperPET-9000.
3. COREDUMP TRACE ON
4. Power cycle and reproduce the scrambled display.
5. COREDUMP SAVE SuperPET-read-flow
6. Review writes near and , reads, register values, and
   [FIRST-CONTROL-FLOW] / [RECENT-CONTROL-FLOW] for call-site hints.
